Career Outlook

Depending upon the size of the airport, requirements for airport management jobs vary. Large metropolitan airports typically require three to seven years of prior experience at airports served by several airlines. Assistant managers must have excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, knowledge of and compliance with federal/state/local aviation regulations, and knowledge of laws and guidelines is also required.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students looking to enroll in a master's degree program at Florida Tech must hold a bachelor's degree (four-year degree) in a related field from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university (or the international equivalent). Applicants must have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 as an undergraduate in order to be considered for admission to a Florida Tech master's degree program. Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) with an earned score of at least 79, an IELTS with an earned score of at least 6.0, a PTE Academic with an earned score of at least 58, a Cambridge English: Advanced with an earned score of at least 180 (Grade of C), an official Florida Tech TOEFL (paper-based) with an earned score of at least 550
