Organizational leadership involves a complex system that includes the leader, followers, the organization and the cultural environment. Students learn the science and psychology behind leadership and how this is applied to improve organizations.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program grounds students in the science of leadership through an interdisciplinary curriculum of evidence-based research and leadership theories that prepare individuals to interpret and apply the science of leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams in the private or public sector and become community or organizational leaders.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students looking to enroll in a master's degree program at Florida Tech must hold a bachelor's degree (four-year degree) in a related field from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university (or the international equivalent). Applicants must have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 as an undergraduate in order to be considered for admission to a Florida Tech master's degree program. Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) with an earned score of at least 79, an IELTS with an earned score of at least 6.0, a PTE Academic with an earned score of at least 58, a Cambridge English: Advanced with an earned score of at least 180 (Grade of C), an official Florida Tech TOEFL (paper-based) with an earned score of at least 550
