And Canterbury Christ Church University offers one of the widest selection of combined honours degrees in the UK.**Sport & Exercise Science**Explore the science behind sports performance and physical activity under the guidance of a dynamic team of research-active staff. You will study a range of topics, all with an emphasis on real-life application. Choose from pathways in sport and exercise sciences, competitive sport performance or exercise and health outcomes. Our labs give you the opportunity to measure and assess physical activity in athletes. You can also gain experience in our consultancy service, SportsLab, using your knowledge to help athletes improve their performance.**Tourism Studies**Home of the Canterbury Tales and UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Canterbury is an ideal location for Tourism Studies. You’ll gain specialist knowledge from experienced staff, passionate about their teaching and discover themes including dark tourism, film tourism and sustainability. Lectures and seminars are supported by a wealth of industry speakers and site visits. You will also have the chance to go on field trips abroad in years one and two, the costs of which are already included in your fees. You will be offered work experience/internships and can take advantage of our exciting Tourism and Events Research Hub, which has a reputation for winning successful research grants.
