This MSc course aims to teach you everything you need to know about real estate development and investment, including how to make sound investment decisions. Our course modules cover the essentials, such as development economics and planning, property asset management, applied project management, and risk management. You'll also learn how to consider real estate projects in wider global, economic and financial contexts. You will emerge with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers to a senior level with property developers, property investment companies, and professional surveying practices.

Some accounting and finance graduates go straight into public practice by joining an accountancy firm. This allows you to benefit from working with multiple clients across various industries. Alternatively, you might look to specialise in auditing or stockbroking. Recent positions secured by our graduates include assurance associate at Grant Thornton, financial modeller at KPMG, and counter-risk trader at Barclays Investment Bank.

为来自中国的学生设计 For entry to our Master's programmes, you will need to have met the following: Achieving four year Bachelor with a minimum of 70% for UK 2.2 or with a minimum of 80% for UK 2.1. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. For some postgraduate taught courses, you need: IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
