在这里学什么?Logistics and supply chain management has significant implications for every industry. As a supply chain professional, you can work in virtually any sector of the economy, pursuing career in procurement, operations and production, warehousing and distribution.
This programme explores contemporary and exciting issues in the fields of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, including disruptive innovation in the Supply Chain 4.0 era, such as Big Data, 3D Printing, IoT, Blockchain-enabled Financing, Traceability and Ethical Sourcing, Crowdsourcing and Omni Channels.
Industrial Placement option
The MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management programme is available with an optional industrial placement.
Teaching and assessment
The programme involves a taught and a project component. The taught programme is assessed by a mixture of coursework assignments throughout the year, and by examinations in May and June.
Once these are completed, you work full-time on the project with a real company, or use related data that contextualises real-world logistics and supply chain management to write a dissertation. This dissertation is an opportunity to apply the techniques and insights presented in the programme and apply them to a particular problem area.

为来自中国的学生设计 For entry to a Kent postgraduate degree programme (Master’s), Chinese students typically need to have completed a Bachelor Degree (Xueshi) at a recognised institution. Exact requirements will depend on the postgraduate degree you are applying for and the undergraduate degree you have studied. For programmes that require a 2:1 we usually ask for a Bachelor degree (Xueshi) from a 211 university with a final grade of 70%. For Bachelor degrees from other recognised institutions you will need to achieve a final grade of 75%. For programmes that require a 2:2 we usually ask for a Bachelor degree (Xueshi) from a 211 university with a final grade of 65%. For Bachelor degrees from other recognised institutions you will need to achieve a final grade of 70%. Applicants with relevant work experience may be considered with lower grades. Some, but not all, postgraduate programmes require your undergraduate degree to have a related major. Some postgraduate programmes may require work experience in a relevant field or at a certain level. For MBA, Students who wish to apply for a higher degree should have a good honours degree from the UK (minimum 2:2) or equivalent internationally recognised qualification. Exceptions will be considered for senior managers with more than ten years’ managerial work experience. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in R&W; 5.5 in S&L).课程信息
