专业概况
在这里学什么？This major aims to provide science students with the background knowledge necessary for a career in spatial science. Spatial Systems is concerned with measurement, representation, analysis, management, retrieval and display of spatial data concerning both the Earth's physical features and the built environment. The principal disciplines embraced by Spatial Systems include the mapping sciences, land administration and management, geographic information systems, environmental visualisation, geodesy, photogrammetry, remote sensing and surveying. The major will develop a knowledge base in spatial measurement and analysis for both the human and natural environment. After completion of a science degree with a major in Spatial Systems students can enter the workforce with their current skills or apply to commence a professional masters degree.

为来自中国的学生设计 To be eligible for entry to an undergraduate degree you must fulfill all of the following requirements: Complete the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or an overseas qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12. English language requirements: TOEFL - Paper based test - a score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English. Internet based test - a score of 79 and scores of: Writing: 21, Speaking: 18, Reading: 13, Listening 13. IELTS (Academic) - an overall band score of 6.5 or more in the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with no bands less than 6.0. Pearson Test of English (Academic) - an overall score of between 58-64 inclusive and achieve no PTE communicative skills score below 50. Cambridge English: Advanced/Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - A Cambridge English Score of 176 with no skill below 169.课程信息
