专业概况

Influence, change and guide critical decision-making in the energy sector with a Master of Energy Systems from Australia’s leading university*. Develop the unique set of skills required to analyse energy systems from a technical, commercial and policy standpoint.

The Master of Energy Systems is for students who have completed a degree in engineering, science, business, finance or economics, and are looking to make a career change to the energy sector.

As a Master of Energy systems student, your focus will be on analysing energy systems from technical, commercial and policy standpoints, from generation of energy, storage and delivery. You will explore energy finance, economics, energy markets and the operation of renewable and non-renewable energy systems.

You will complete a 150 point program, including 100 points of core subjects and 50 points of electives.

English language requirements for Coursework degree: IELTS (academic English Only) - 6.5 overall, with written 6.5 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 577 + TWE 4.5; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 79 + (Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 58 + no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 176 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill. English language requirements for Master of Philosophy: IELTS (academic English Only) - 7.0 overall, with written 7 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 600 + TWE 5.0; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 94 + (Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill.
