The Melbourne Business School's Master of Enterprise program creates skilled leaders, executives and general managers who can drive organisations forward. The program provides established managers and professionals with advanced knowledge in key functional and strategic business areas, enabling you to take your career and your organisation to the next level.

The program will focus on developing your skills in:

• Strategic and functional business capabilities
• Leadership and management
• Innovation and entrepreneurship

Who is it for?

The program is designed for individuals with three or more years of professional experience, currently working in middle to senior management positions. Small class sizes facilitate the development of valuable relationships with fellow students from a wide variety of industries.

Degree structure

The Master of Enterprise consists of 12 subjects comprising:

• 7 core enterprise subjects,
• 2 core innovation subjects,
• 1 elective subject and
• 2 capstone subjects.

为来自中国的学生设计 Graduate coursework programs normally require the satisfactory completion of an undergraduate degree either from the University of Melbourne, another Australian institution, or a university in another country. English language requirements for Coursework degree: IELTS (academic English Only) - 6.5 overall, with written 6.5 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 577 + TWE 4.5; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 79 + (Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 58 + no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 176 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill. English language requirements for Master of Philosophy: IELTS (academic English Only) - 7.0 overall, with written 7 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 600 + TWE 5.0; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 94 + (Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill.
