Our extended degree programme will provide you with a thorough and supportive academic preparation for study. The foundation year is carefully designed to build confidence in your abilities, develop essential academic and study skills, and provide you with the subject specific knowledge essential for success.The course will familiarise you with the work of key theorists and practitioners involved in the ongoing development of the field such as Roland Barthes and Broomberg and Chanarin and you'll acquire a range of practical skills, such as project management, presentation skills, and problem identification and solving.During the course you'll develop your own portfolio of work and for the past seven years, final year students have exhibited their work at Free Range in Brick Lane, which provides an ideal platform for exposure as well as opportunities to meet vital industry contacts.We currently offer opportunities to explore career options, which will enable you to understand different career choices, evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses and learn how to present an excellent application.
