专业概况

在这里学什么？

The Department of Epidemiology at Michigan Public Health is comprised of five concentrations: General Epidemiology, Global Health Epidemiology, Occupational & Environmental Epidemiology, and Hospital & Molecular Epidemiology. Each concentration uses a multidisciplinary approach to explore reducing disease in human populations in the pursuit of a healthier world.

The Hospital and Molecular Epidemiology (HME) concentration emphasizes integrating laboratory methods with the principles and methods of epidemiology and biostatistics as applied to human health. The MPH in HME trains students in the diverse skills required in the practice of hospital and molecular epidemiology. The 60-credit-hour program is typically finished after four terms, and students are required to gain experience in the field and/or laboratory in a relevant area of study during their time in the program.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must complete a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university accredited by a regional accrediting association; or Complete an international degree that is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree from a college or university recognized and approved by the Ministry of Education or Commission responsible for higher education in the country where the degree is earned. Other English Language Requirements: Paper/Pencil TOEFL & TWE score of 560; MELAB score of 80.
