自上海枫叶国际学校太极社成立以来，我们太极社的成员们领略了很多太极的风采。我们携着太极精神，坚持校园每天的太极扇领操;每一次学校的大小型活动，都会有我们太极社的身影;我们还担当着小教练的职责，带领着学校的中外教老师和同学学习太极扇;除此之外，我们也是枫泾创建太极小镇首届太极拳比赛受邀嘉宾，鼓扇表演震撼全场。

太极，是中华传统文化中，重要的一部分。在加入太极文化社后，我逐渐在中华文化浓郁的氛围中感受到了中华文化之美。之前一直觉得太极是老龄人的一项健身运动，我甚至不能理解他们为何如此热衷于这种毫无活力，枯燥无味的运动，但现在我彻底改变了我的想法，太极文化源远流长绝不是偶然，它有着无法替代的魅力。

Tai Chi is an important part of traditional Chinese culture. After joining the Tai Chi Cultural Club, I gradually felt the beauty of Chinese culture in the rich atmosphere of learning. I had always thought of Tai Chi as a fitness exercise for older people, and I couldn't even understand why they were so keen on such a lacklustre, boring exercise, but now I've completely changed my mind, Tai Chi is an internal martial art while it is no accident that Tai Chi has a long history, because it has the irreplaceable charm.

参加太极扇社团是我觉得很有意义的事情，一开始对中国文化传承一无所知，但自从接触了太极扇，我开始爱上了这项运动。同时这也不只是一种运动，也是一种精神文化的传承。我很荣幸也很骄傲能接触这项运动。

Participating in the Tai Chi Fan Club is something that I think is very meaningful. At first, I knew nothing about the Chinese cultural heritage, but since I came into contact with Tai Chi Fan, I began to fall in love with this sport. At the same time, this is neither a sport nor a spiritual culture. I am honored and proud to be able to get in touch with this sport.

对于进入太极社文化社团，最深的感触就是在这个社团里面，会把每一个同学都安排到位，不会存在摸鱼的现象，然而在这个社团也可以锻炼自己的胆量，我们也可以得到一些机会去校外展示，加入这个社团，我从一个打太极扇并不是很熟练的菜鸟成长为了一个可以在台上领操的人。我也得到一些外出展示的机会，这个社团会让人感觉很暖心。

The deepest feeling about entering the Tai Chi Society is that in this community, every student will be arranged in place, and there will be no fishing phenomenon. However, in this community, we can also exercise our courage. We can also get some opportunities to show off campus. To join this club, I play Tai Chi Fan from one of my classmates. Not very skillful rookie grew up to be a person who can take the lead on the stage. I also got some opportunities to go out to show, this club will make people feel very warm.

在九月份，我参加到了学校的太极扇社团。真的要说，其实我去社团活动的次数并不多，可能是因为刚开学的缘故，活动、事情都比较多，但，就是在这为数不多的次数里，我感受到了太极扇社团活动，那充满了中国传统文化浓厚的学习气息，各位新社员都会有一名太极优秀学员来教授，由此，大家都很快适应了这太极文化社的活动。希望在日后，有更多的新成员加入，让更多的同学更加深刻的了解太极，这一中国传统文化。

In September, I joined the Tai Chi fan club in my school. Although, I couldn't say that I knew all of the club, but in my opinion, it's a really good club. The student there can feel the atmosphere of the traditional skill, Tai Chi Fan. I wish more and more students will come there and learn more things about Tai Chi.
