美国梦沃学校(上海)国际高中2017年春季学期通知十五：学期结束事宜

各位家长：Dear parents,

一、 毕业典礼圆满结束 Commencement’s Successful Conclusion

在全校师生的精心准备及配合下，圆满完成了6.2日毕业典礼。精心排练的节目、各方代表的精彩发言、庄重的毕业证书的颁发仪式给学生的高中生活留下了美好的回忆。

Thanks to the effort and collaboration of the faculty members and students, our commencement concluded successfully on June 2nd . The ceremony was a beautiful and precious piece of memory for our seniors with its delicate shows, wonderful speeches, and solemn diploma-conferring session.

二、 期末考试 Finals

6月14日-15日学校期末考试，考试后校车15：00发车。学生15号考完试即可带好自己的物品离校返家。

The final exams will be held on June 14th &15th. Students can leave school after the finals with all their personal stuff on June 15th. The school buses leave at 15:00.

三、 家长会 Parents Meeting

6月23日14：00~17:00家长会，二楼室内运动场，一对一。欢迎家长准时参加。

Parents meeting： 14:00~17:00 June 23rd, Sports room on 2nd floor, one-on-one; Please be on time.

四、 有关学期结束学生离校重要事宜

Important things on leaving school

1. 考试结束后请将学生宿舍所有私人物品全部收好带回。

You should put and take away all your personal stuff when you leave.

2. 教室学习柜里的东西也请全部带走。

Please remember to take away all the stuff in your homeroom closets

3. 餐费、学习柜押金等最迟在家长会当天全部结清。

The final settlement day for the dining card, deposit for HM closet and so on is June 23rd.

4. 如有特殊情况不能及时完成的请刘校。

If you can’t take away your stuff before the deadline, please contact Liuliu.

5. 诸光路校区在6.30日租期到期，家长有需要开具学校证明等需求的请务必在6.30日前办理，Bowen校长、刘校、陈校会在校协助。为快捷方便，办理之前请提前刘校。

The rent lease ends at June 30th , so if you want us to provide any school certificate, please come to Principle Bowen, Vice Principle Liuliu & Chenjin before June 30th. To improve the efficiency of the work, please make an appointment before you come to the school.

五、 关于校服 About School Uniforms

参加夏校的同学，如有需要校服的可到生活吴老师处购买。夏裤98元,夏衫50元。

As for students in summer school, if you can contact dorm parent Mr. Wu to buy our school uniforms. Summer pants 98 RMB; Summer shirts 50 RMB.

六、 关于照片 About photos

学校送给所有学生每人一张精美的大集体照片，2张小的班级照，已精*装交给所有学生带回。

The school gave each student a school photo and two class photos and asked them to bring them home.

饭卡结算流程：

Dining card Settlement Procedure:

学生饭卡可以在期末考试后家长会前全部结清，即离校前学生带上饭卡到四楼生活女老师王老师处办理退费手续。如卡丢失将扣除工本费25元。退款方式、现金退给学生，学生签字确认，学生未到的将退给家长。

Students’ Dining cards can be settled after the final exam and before the parents meeting. Students can take their dining cards to dorm parent Ms. Wang before 14:00, June 15th. If you lose your card, you will be charged 25 RMB for the card. Way of payments: Wechat or cash. Student must sign to confirm the payment. If students forget to show up, the money will be paid to the parents.

宿舍钥匙押金退款流程：

Dormitory key deposit refund procedure:

6月15日早上学生务必将柜子和抽屉钥匙插在柜子和抽屉上，宿舍门钥匙放在各自的桌面上，生活老师会逐个检查，核实无误的，退餐费时，一起办理押金退款。钥匙丢失或未插到柜子上的，将无法退还押金。如有提前离校的请告知生活老师。

On the morning of 6.15, students must insert the drawer keys in-to the drawer cabinets and closets and put the dormitory door keys on their desktop. Dorm parent will inspect and verify this. The refund will be sent together with the refund of the dining card. If you lost your keys or fail to insert them on the cabinets, you will be unable to refund the deposit. If students leaves school early，please inform the dorm parent beforehand..
