第十二届枫叶国际教育博览会将于十一月下旬在枫叶教育集团各高中校区隆重召开，其中上海枫叶国际学校的展会时间为2016年11月28日10:00-14:30。届时，来自加、美、澳、英等国共70所大学院校的招生代表将参与其中，与我们枫叶学子进行面对面的交流。为了帮助我们的学生和家长提前了解各参展院校的基本情况，上海枫叶留学中心将在展会举办前的近一个月时间里，对参展院校做逐一介绍，以下为大家介绍加拿大BC省参展学校(二)。

加拿大BC省篇

BC省(British Columbia)全称不列颠哥伦比亚省，又称卑诗省，位于加拿大最西部。主要城市有首府维多利亚及加拿大第三城市温哥华。不列颠哥伦比亚省自然资源储量丰富，支柱产业是林业、矿业、农渔业;新兴产业有旅游业、电影业和高科技产业等。

The province of British Columbia locates in the west of Canada, which contains famous cities like its capital city Victoria and Canada’s third biggest city Vancouver. British Columbia is rich in natural resources. The industries of forestry, mining, agriculture and fisheries are its pillar industries. And the industries of tourist, film and high-technology are its emerging industries.

7、温哥华岛大学Vancouver Island University

温哥华岛大学(VIU)成立于1936年，地处于温哥华岛上的奈纳莫市，是一所拥有200余类课程的加拿大公立大学。该校课程涵盖：商科、酒店及旅游管理、人文社科、教育、自然科学、计算机技术、工程、艺术、设计等。广泛的课程设置为学生将来成功的事业打下了坚实的教育基础。每年都会有10,000余名学生选择在温哥华岛大学就读。温哥华岛大学启发式的教育环境、小型班级的授课模式以及注重实践的教学方式，可以让学生体验到比较好的教学。并且由于该校所在地理位置风景优美，学生在学习之余，也能体会到丰富的大学生活。

Located Nanaimo city on Vancouver Island, Vancouver Island University (VIU) is a public university established in 1936, offering more than 200 programs including Business, Tourism and Hospitality; Humanities, Education, Sciences, IT, Art and Design etc. The large number of programs ensures that VIU offers education that will launch a student into a successful career. More than 10,000 students will study in VIU annually. VIU provides an excellent opportunity for students with heuristic education, small class sizes and practical teaching methods. In addition to excellent education, students can also experience wonderful university life with its beautiful sight-seeings.

8、昆特仑理工大学Kwantlen Polytechnic University

昆特仑理工大学(KPU) 始建于1981年，是一所提供超过120个各类本科及专科文凭课程的BC省公立大学。该校坐落于大温哥华地区，并拥有素里、列治文、兰里市、克洛弗代尔四个校区，目前每年约两万名学生在该校各校区就读。为了适应本地及全球**市场的需要，昆特仑理工大学也提供了众多独具特色的文凭课程。获得该类文凭证书的学生可以继续攻读学士学位，以使所学的应用技能知识在学术专业领域取得更大的发展。

Established in 1981, Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is a public university offering bachelor's degrees, associate degrees, diplomas, certificates in more than 120 programs. KPU is located in the Metro Vancouver region of British Columbia, with four campuses of Surrey, Richmond, Langley and Cloverdale. Almost 20,000 students annually attend courses at KPU campuses. KPU currently offers a range of credentials, many of which are completely unique, to successfully meet the evolving needs of regional and global employment markets. Students have the opportunity to bridge certificate and diploma credentials into bachelor's degrees, creating the option of academic and professional enhancement of applied and technical programs.

兰加拉学院座落在加拿大西岸温哥华市，是加拿大其中一所**和优秀的大学转学公立学院，学生可以选修超过800种大学本科**和第二年的门科，*括商务、计算机、工程、文科和理科等等，并把所修学分转入加拿大、美国或其他国家的大学继续完成本科，毕业时将获得转学大学所颁授的本科学位。兰加拉学院也提供超过30种一年至两年的职业培训文凭和证书课程，方便学生直接**。另外，已学完本科的学生也可到兰加拉选修*括商业管理和市场管理等多种学士后文凭或证书课程。兰加拉学院以师资获奖多，学生素质高，以及高大学***而远近闻名。

Located in Vancouver, Langara College is one of most excellent and biggest public University Transfer colleges in Canada. Students can transfer freshman and sophomore credits to complete degrees at universities in Canada, USA or other countries from more than 800 programs, which includes business, computer science, engineering, liberal arts and science etc. Students can also learn a one or two-year vocational diploma or certificate from more than 30 programs before find a job. In addition, Langara College offers a number of post-bachelor diploma and certificate programs for university graduates, including business administration, marketing and management. Lagara College is well known for its awards for teachers, students’ excellence and high admission rate to universities.

10、温哥华电影学院Vancouver Film School

温哥华电影学院 (VFS)成立于1987年，是一个位于温哥华的私立艺术学校,已获得了国际认可。学校校区位于温哥华市中心，并拥有6个教学楼。温哥华电影学校VFS提供为期一年的实用课程，*括电影制作，三维动画及视觉效果，经典动画，电影和电视表演，数字设计，娱乐，基础设计，视觉艺术设计，游戏设计，影视化妆设计，视觉媒体的声音设计和电影电视剧本写作。学校还有为期4个月的表演和6个月的数字角色动画程序设计课程。

Founded in 1987，Vancouver Film School (VFS) is a private, international recognized art school located in downtown area of Vancouver with six buildings. VFS offers one-year, hands-on production programs, including Film Production, 3D Animation & Visual Effects, Classical Animation, Acting for Film & Television, Digital Design, Entertainment Business Management, Foundation Visual Art & Design, Game Design, Makeup Design for Film & Television, Sound Design for Visual Media, and Writing for Film & Television. The school also runs a four-month Acting Essentials course and a 6-month Digital Character Animation program.

加拿大的部分学校采用团申的形式，学校留学中心近期会组织高三学生集中团申，具体安排表如下。团申只针对表中所列的加拿大部分学校，有意申请加拿大其他学校或其他国家学校的同学可以跟留学中心老师，各国申请形式各不相同，除加拿大外的其他学校一般不采用团申形式。
