美国梦沃学校(上海)国际高中2017春季通知十四：毕业典礼邀请函

一、 下周上课安排 Next Week Schedule

Next week is a 3-day schedule (5.31-6.2). The overall and last rehearsal will start at 14:00, June 1st.

二、 毕业典礼 The Commencement

各位家长，6.2日是12年级学生毕业典礼，学校诚邀各位家长莅临典礼。邀请函已快递或交由学生带回。

Dear parents, June 2nd will see the commencement of our seniors. It will be a great honor for us to have you here to witness this moment together. We have sent the following invitation letters to you or ask your kids to bring them to you.

毕业典礼时间安排Time Table of the commencement:

1) 8:30-9:30 嘉宾签到、留言、拍照 Message board & Photo time

2) 9: 30 开始入场 Starts to enter the hall and take seats

3)10:00 开场贺词，毕业典礼正式开始 Opening remarks

4)11:30 结束 (茶歇)End and tea party

校车下午一点钟离校The school bus leaves at 13:00.

着装要求：全体老师正装出席;学生统一穿校服(与上次拍照时要求一样)。

Dressing Code: formal attire for teachers; school uniform for students, as requested

on the previous photo day;

三、 饭卡等结算 Settlement

饭卡结算流程：

Dining card Settlement Procedure:

6.14-15期末考试，6.23家长会。学生饭卡可以在期末考试后家长会前全部结清，即6.15日14：00后学生带上饭卡到四楼生活女老师王老师处办理退费手续。如卡丢失将扣除工本费25元。退款方式、现金退给学生，学生签字确认，学生未到的将退给家长。

6.14-15 Final Exam; 6.23 Parents Meeting. Students’ Dining cards can be settled after the final exam and before the parents meeting. Students can take their dining cards to dorm parent Ms. Wang before 14:00, June 15th. If you lose your card, you will be charged 25 RMB for the card. Way of payments: Wechat or cash. Student must sign to confirm the payment. If students forget to show up, the money will be paid to the parents.

宿舍钥匙押金退款流程：

Dormitory key deposit refund procedure:

6.15日早上学生务必将柜子和抽屉钥匙插在柜子和抽屉上，宿舍门钥匙放在各自的桌面上，生活老师会逐个检查，核实无误的，于下午退餐费时，一起办理押金退款。钥匙丢失或未插到柜子上的，将无法退还押金。

On the morning of 6.15, students must insert the drawer keys in-to the drawer cabinets and closets and put the dormitory door keys on their desktop. Dorm parent will inspect and verify this. The refund will be sent together with the refund of the dining card. If you lost your keys or fail to insert them on the cabinets, you will be unable to refund the deposit.

四、 周六活动“你很水”Saturday Activity “Water Fight”

时间：12：45p.m. 27/5/2017

Time：12：45p.m. 27/5/2017

地点：MVASH篮球场

Place: MVASH Basketball Court

器具：提供水枪、储水桶等，根据需要每班也可自备。

Tools: The school provides water guns, water tanks etc. You can also bring your own tools to school.
