2016年11月22日，美国夢沃学校(上海)在感恩周开展“义卖”活动，各班准备已久，收获颇丰，“义卖”所得将由学校统一捐献给公益组织和爱心机构。来为学生们的努力点赞吧!

On Nov. 22nd, MVA Shanghai held its charity bazaar, which was very successful thanks to the conscientious preparation of all classes. All the money earned from this bazaar will be donated to commonweal organizations or caring organizations in the name of the school. Let’s give thumb-ups to the students for their effort.

班级准备和收获

8年级徐陈吉儿Jill 仝芮妮 Renee

这次义卖，我们不仅收获了一些力量可以捐助同学，也可以从义卖中提取生活的经验，我们主要准备了：一些书本，一些手工艺品，一些动漫海报，福利袋，手工饼干等。我们之前也在班级中着重讨论了一些买或卖的制度，列如：收费的价格，产品的需求等 我们也同时做好了协商，如果东西卖不出去的话，该怎么做? 尽管这次还是有点混乱，但是我们觉得我们下次一定可以解决这类问题，加油!八年级!

In the charity bazaar, not only could we earn some money to help those in need, but also we could get some life experience. We prepared some books, handicrafts, animation posters, charity bags, and handmade cookies and so on. Before the bazaar, the class discussed how to operate our own selling, including the price and demand of the goods, what we would do if we couldn’t sell them all. Although it was not so well-organized this time, we are very confident that we can solve the problems and do better next time. Fighting!

这次的义卖活动，大家在一个礼拜之前开始讨论买什么，班里的每个同学都有新奇的点子，有提议卖泡面的，买抱枕的，卖零食，卖肾等各种有趣的点子。最后决定以卖泡面和奶茶为主。因为觉得这两样东西在同学之间是比较畅销的。到了义卖的那一天，同学都很积极参与卖东西。有的在前面销售和拉客，有的在后面默默地泡面和泡奶茶。每个人都努力做好自己的**。也多亏了大家的**，这次义卖买的也不错，吸引了许多人前来围观。虽然也出过一些小意外，比如中途没有热水了，奶茶有的没放糖，泡面卖完了，水洒了等。但是最后问题也都解决了，整体还是不错的。这次活动相比**次大家都积极了很多，从开学对彼此有些陌生到现在可以无话不谈，每个人之间的关系也都更近了。希望九(2)班这个大家庭能一直这么团结下去。

Discussions as regards what to sell in this bazaar have taken place one week ago, with each student in our class devising novel ideas. Encompassed in these suggestions are selling instant noodles, bolsters, snacks and even kidneys. The class eventually resolved to focus on vending instant noodles and milky tea, inasmuch as these snacks are particularly popular amongst students. On the bazaar day, every student partook in selling things with great élan, with some standing in the front to advertise the comestibles and some preparing noodles and tea separately. All of us contrived to complete our jobs. This conduced to our success in attracting people to behold. Despite certain contretemps such as the shortage of hot water and noodles, failure to put sugar in tea and inadvertent sprinkling of water, these problems were solved and led to a rather satisfying outcome. This activity was leavened with greater ardor compared with our first activity. A shift in the attitude between students from being strangers towards confidants is now apodictic. The relationship has thus been rendered closer. We hope that class 2 grade 9 could always exist as a unity as such.

“今天义卖开始啦!”在一声欢叫中，MVA2016年义卖拉开帷幕。在一楼的大厅中，人来人往，不亦乐乎，这一次，我们班的商品是水果拼盘，甘甜多汁的是橘子，清酸可口的奇异果，放入成片的香蕉，再加入冰冰的酸奶，一份的水果拼盘就完成了，色味俱全，令人胃口大开，当然这是我们同学在大厨的协助下一起完成的，感谢大厨!感谢大家!

"Today's charity begins!" In a screamed of joy, MVA2016 charity started. In the first floor's hall,there were lots of People. All of them were very happy. This time, our class sold Fresh Fruit Platter, there were sweet juicy oranges, kiwi fruit. We put a piece of delicious banana into it, added cold yogurt. Finally, a perfect Fresh Fruit Platter was complete, color and taste were good. It made people want to eat. Of course, our students did it together with the chef's help.Thank the chef! Thank all of us!
