2016年12月18日周日，由卓识成就教育主办的商业模拟校际赛在美国梦沃学校(上海)进行。该赛事已经在上海中学、华师大二附中、交大附中等等举行了多次。这次选址我校，也是对我校办学水平的肯定以及对我校学生表现的期望——我校上届学生厉泽钜在去年参加了该赛事的全国赛并获得冠军。

On Dec. 18th, 2016, Sunday, MVA saw the Business Simulation Intercollegiate Game hosted by Excellence & Achievement Group, which has been held many times in Shanghai High School, No.2 High School of East China Normal University, High School Affiliated to Sahnghai Jiaotong University and other high schools. That Excellence & Achievement Group chose our school to hold this game shows that they recognize the excellence of our school and have high expectations for our students —— Li Zeju, one of our first graduates, took part in its national game and won the championship.

本次商业模拟赛一共有12支队伍参加了角逐。来自夢沃(上海)的学生组成9支队伍，另外3只队伍由来自交大A-level、上实剑桥、田家炳、协和双语等学校的学生组成。虽然外校只有3只队伍，但是这3只队伍均不止一次参赛，且还有队伍已经在全国赛拿到过不错的名次，对比赛规则的熟悉程度远高于我们的学生，实力不容小觑。

商赛过程非常激烈。同学们需要考虑到影响到一个企业运营的各个方面的因素，比如产品设计、发布、销售等运营方面的各个环节，还需要考虑各种成本，税费等等各种影响到商业的微观、宏观经济、**政策等变量。

虽然外来的队伍经验丰富、实力强劲，结果却出乎所有人预料：我校由徐成志、刘梓陌、吴玺、王溯、王奕迪、汤辰渊、刘兆晰等一组完全没有经验的学生所组成的队伍一举获得冠军;且据商赛老师说，他们在业绩上比第二名，也就是曾经参加过全国赛的队伍，大幅度知名。

我**次参加校际商赛。一切都显得陌生。上手的**个试运行财年，猝不及防，但好在不断尝试后，有所熟悉。接下来的两个财年，凝聚大家的力量，准备产品介绍，开始知道“怎样油嘴滑舌’’地去说服别人进行贸易，这大大锻炼了我们判断一件物品的价值。在这次活动中，我们不仅**了有关商业的知识，更**了怎样去更好地沟通和领导团队。

This was the first time I had taken part in such kind of intercollegiate business competition and everything seemed strange to me. In the trial fiscal year, I was totally at a loss. Fortunately, after keeping trying for a while, we became familar with the game. Therefore in the next two fiscal years, we pooled our wisdom and power together to prepare our product and its presentation as well as the strategies to persuade others to buy our products, through which we learned how to assess the value of a product. Overall, from this game, not only did I learn some business knowledge but also i learned how to better lead a team and how to better communicate with others.

一开始我是抱着试水的心态参加这次比赛，但看到队友们一个个十分认真，比赛前一天晚上还在寝室里一起琢磨比赛规则，心态就有些变了。我以前从来没有关心过任何商业相关的事情。 当真正开始比赛的时候，我看到网络上的操作平台，才发现自己懂得太少。我依葫芦画瓢，看着其他队伍的队员如何拉投资，推销产品，在手机上操作，我便也跟着。再加上公司品牌价值本来就高于其他的公司，我们也很成功地吸引了其他公司的注意，总资产也飞速上涨。

这次比赛让我对商业有了很大的了解，给了我很大的帮助，同学之间的感情更加深厚，更有团队的感觉。

In fact, at the beginning I signed up for the competition just out of curiosity and for fun, because I never paid attention to business and knew little about it. Yet when i saw my teammates dedicatedly discussing the rules of the game and the strageties to win on the previous night, I decided to take it seriously. After the discussion, I thought I knew how to run a company and how to attract other companies to buy our products, but when the competition began the next day, at first I totally didn’t know what I should do and how to use the application. The only thing I could do was to see how other teams did it, learn from it and then try to do it myself. Luckily, our brand value was higher than that of other companies, which gave us an advantage in persuading other companies to buy our products and invest on us. Thus our total assets rose very quickly. Through this competition, I learned a lot about business, more importantly, our team spirit forged and our friendship depeened . I really appreciate that I had this experience.

对于本次商赛，我**的收获是—“套路”和合作。能赢得此次比赛，“套路”是少不了的。但相比于“套路”，组员之间的合作显得更为重要。市场部产品部、投资、CEO环环相扣，缺一不可。我们得益于商赛前一晚上组内7人的讨论和第二天的无缝配合，第二天试运营阶段就优势明显。到了正式财年也自然不用多说。**年的成绩就已经比许多团队综合两年都要好了。比赛过后回想起来，我发现自己确实在商科方面懂得不是很多，需要多积累学习经验。

From this business simulation game, I learned that you need “Taolu” and cooperation to win in business. Yet cooperation between members of a team is more important than “Taolu”. Products, marketing, investment and management of the CEO are all very important for the final success. Thanks to our team’s brainstorm on the previous night and wonderful cooperation during the game, we got an obvious advantage in the trial stage, let alone the formal financial year, in which our assets were much more than the 2-year overall assets of many other teams. After the competition, I also realized that I knew so little about business and I need to learn more knowledge and accumulate more experience in this regard.

这次商赛让我受益匪浅，我感觉自己好像真的进入了一个商业环境，从刚开始研究产品，然后考虑大众，最后商谈价格。这让我们真正体会到了在商场上拼搏奋斗的感觉。虽然这次我只拿到一个鼓励奖(同队的赵世玉还拿到一个优秀优秀奖)，我们公司的资产并不能算是比较高的，但是我们还是特别开心。

This business competition benefited me a lot. I felt like I went into a real business world. Starting from product research, to product positioning and targeted consumers, and finally to price negotiating, all of these gave me a sense of fighting in the real business world. Although I only got an Encouragement Award and the assets of my company were not very much, we were very happy.

上周日，我参加了由学校举办的校际商业竞赛，与来自其他学校的同学们同场竞技，从中收获了不少。在比赛中，我担任投资部经理一职，主要负责寻找、挖掘、开发投资项目和机会。在比赛中，我的投资效率决定了队伍百分之四十的成绩，这让我感受到了很大的压力。但是通过对其他队伍的分析和观察，以及在队友的帮助下，我们还是取得了令人满意的成绩。这一次商赛的经验是宝贵的，让我对商业运作有了更直观的体验，从很多方面锻炼了我的能力。尽管赛后十分疲惫，但却收获满满。

Last Sunday, I took part in the intercollegiate commercial competition, competed with students from other schools and learned a lot from it. In the game, I served as the investment manager, mainly responsible for looking for, mining and developing investment projects and opportunities. In the game, my investment efficiency determined forty percent of the performance of my team, which exerted lots of stress on me, but through analyzing and observing other teams and with the aid of my teammates, our effort came to a satisfying result. This time, the precious opportunity gave me intuitive experience in business and annealed me in many ways. Although I was wicked exhausted after the game, it was full of treasures.

**次参加商赛这种活动，我原本只是抱着锻炼自己的想法，但却没想到深深地喜欢上了。我们组的公司叫Favor公司，其寓意就是希望设计出来的产品能够真正帮到顾客。我们起初还不怎么熟悉规则，在**次试运营的时候，连产品都没有生产出来。但我们吸取了教训，也和小组的成员讨论了许久，在下午的**财年和第二财年都取得了很不错的成绩。商赛这个活动，小组合作和沟通是非常重要的。虽然我们在比赛中有很多分歧，但是我们的组长Happy总会作出一些重要的决定，使得我们最终取得这样的好成绩。

团队合作和讨论想法是获取成功的重要因素，我们调整了战术在之后的比赛中获取了很大的成功。我也非常荣幸获得了两个奖项，也让我对商赛产生了浓厚的兴趣。

It was the first time I had ever taken part in such kind of business competition. At first, I just wanted to practice my communication and teamwork skills, so I decided to join this activity. It never occurred to me that I should fall in love with this kind of competition, yet I did deeply fell in love with it after this competition. Our company was called FAVOR, which meant we wanted to produce the most helpful products for our customers. At first, we were not familiar with the rules and we had different opinions between group members. Therefore, in the trial fiscal year, we lost lots of money and didn't even have the products.

After we discussed a few possibilities during lunch time, we finally got great scores in the afternoon competition. Group work played an important role in this competition. We had lots of arguments and different opinions during the competition, and our group leader Happy listened to our opinions. Finally, she would make the correct choice to help us to win this competition. Besides, I was glad that I won two prizes in this competition. Now, I am very interested in this sort of competition. I will join more of this kind of activity to improve myself.
