美国梦沃学校(上海)2017年春季学期通知十一：准备毕业典礼了

近期有如下信息请关注。 Please pay attention to the following information.

一、 喜讯分享 Good News

1、为了给学生提供更多选择，我校引进了英国牛津AQA考试局的A-level 授权，考点申请**已全部完成。学校各项条件均符合要求，现等待最后批复。流程最终完成后，我校将能够提供牛津AQA考试局的A-level全球统考。牛津AQA考试局的A-level课程体系及考试是英国本土被采用得最多的一个。

To offer our students more choices, the school is applying for approval as an Oxford International AQA Examination center. All application work has been done. The school meets all requirements of being an AQA Examination center and is now waiting for the final reply. After managing to get the approval, the school will be qualified to offer A-level Examinations. The A-level course system and the A-level examination from Oxford AQA are the most widely used system and exam in the UK.

2、作为今年的中国慈善大使(全国两人)，张天羽同学与中国人民大学附属中学的汪梦祺一起本周飞赴美国华盛顿参加保德信全球颁奖盛典。每一颗公益之心都值得守护，我们鼓励支持青少年的每一份善心义举。

As this year’s Chinese Charity Ambassador (only two students nation-wide), Isabellae Zhang, together with the other student Mengqi Wang from the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China, will go to Washington D.C. to attend the Global Awarding Ceremony of Pramerica Fosun Spirit of Community Awards. We encourage and support teenagers’ community service to the society.

二、关于毕业典礼相关准备**

About Preparation For The Graduation Ceremony

临近毕业季，为给毕业生留下高中时代最后的美好回忆，以及迎接总校校长的到来，毕业典礼相关筹备**开始有条不紊的进行。*括拍照、排节目、制作上海年册等等。

This year’s graduation season is coming. All the preparation work has been going on smoothly, to receive the Headmaster of MVA Florida and hold a wonderful commencement for our seniors so that they can have a perfect memory of their last moment in high school. The preparation work includes: photo-taking, shows & rehearsals, Year Book project and so on.

5.15周一下午 12年级毕业照，摄影：胡卉、郭陈、刘兆晰

May 15th Monday Afternoon Individual photo-taking for 12th graders, people in charge：Flora Hu, Rainee Guo and Shelby Liu.

5.16周二下午 全校集体照、班级集体照、部分个人照(专业摄影)

May 16th Tuesday Afternoon School-photo taking, class-photo taking, individual-photo taking (professional photographer)

5.17周三中午12:45 12年级同学**次彩排，练歌。彩排后12年级学生即可离校。

May 17th Wednesday noon 12:45 The first commencement rehearsal of all 12 graders on the 5th Floor. After the rehearsal seniors can leave school.

毕业生在5.27日14:00前，或6.1日完成离校手续即可。

The graduates need to finish the graduation formalities before 14:00, May 27th. June 1st will also be fine.

学生着装要求Dressing code for the students：校服 school uniform

上装Tops：白衬衫white shirts，紫背心purple vest.

下装 Bottoms：男生校服套装中的灰色西裤gray suit pants for boys，女生校服套装中的短裙shirts for girls(可以是黑色、米色和黑白格can be black, beige, or black and white)

鞋袜Shoes & socks：男生黑色鞋袜black shoes and socks for boys;女生及膝黑色长袜及黑皮鞋black shoes and knee-length stockings for girls.

(校服短缺的可以到生活老师吴老师处购买。钱汇入餐费账号即可，同时@生活王老师查收，价钱可吴老师If you are short of any of the above pieces, you can buy a new one from dorm parent Mr. Wu. You can transfer the fee to the usual bank account you use to top up your dining card. Please @ dorm parent Ms. Wang to confirm your transference. You can learn the price of the pieces from Mr. Wu. )

三、 五月相关日程安排 May Agenda

5.15-5.17为月考时间。

The next monthly test will be held from May 15th to 17th.

5.15日CAS时间活动：抢旗

May 15th CAS Time Follow the CAS Plan: Capture the flag.

5.21日周日晚19:30赴美夏校的学生家长行前培训，地点5楼

May 21st Sunday night 19:30 5th floor Pre-summer school training for parents and students of MVA Florida summer school

5.26日周五按周四课表上，5.27日周六按周五课表上

May 26th (Friday) follows the Thursday schedule; May 27th (Saturday)follows the Friday Schedule.

5.28-30周末及端午节

May 28th to 30th Weekends and Dragon Boat Day.

四、 食堂大动作 Big Change of Canteen

在刘校的多方努力下，从下周一开始食堂将会有大动作，请家长鼓励孩子多去食堂吃饭，也方便学校了解一下这个大动作学生、家长是否满意，同时还可以多提宝贵意见。

Thanks to the effort of Ms. Liu. You will see a big change in MVA canteen next Monday. Please encourage your kids to have meals in the canteen, to learn about the progress of this change and tell us whether you are satisfied and how we can improve it further.
