荣誉理事会又称学生法庭，美国梦沃学校(上海)通过实施荣誉守则，增强学生在学习和生活中的良好品行意识以及品行荣誉感。梦沃荣誉理事会与学校行政管理人员、任课教师以及全体学生一起维护并确保荣誉守则相关条款被遵守。校长会委任一些同学在荣誉理事会担任职务，并且这些同学可以代表广大的学生群体。此外，校长也会委任两名教员担任荣誉理事会的顾问。当涉嫌违反荣誉守则的事件出现时，荣誉理事会会召开听证会，审议违规事件。

The Honor Council of Montverde Academy Shanghai is also called the Student Court. Montverde Academy Shanghai, through the implementation of the Honor Code, strives to develop in our students a determination to lead honorable lives. The Academy’s Honor Council works with administrators, teachers, and students to uphold the tenets of the Honor Code. The Headmaster appoints students to serve on the Honor Council who represent the diversity of the student population. Additionally, two faculty members are appointed as advisors to the Honor Council.The Honor Council convenes as needed to hear the facts of cases that have potentially broken the Honor Code.

荣誉理事会的审判过程 Trial Procedure Of the Honor Council

教职员掌握涉嫌违反荣誉守则的证据后，会将证据提交给学生处主任或荣誉理事会的教员顾问。荣誉理事会安排时间召开会议，确认教职员提供的证据，听取当事人的证词，如有必要，可传唤其他证人。听证后，荣誉理事会会私下进一步开会讨论并向校长提交一个处理建议，由校长做出最终决断。最后，学生处主任会通知违纪学生其应承担的纪律处分。

When a faculty or staff member has evidence of a potential violation of the Honor Code, he or she submits a referral either the Dean of Students or the faculty advisors. A time is arranged for the Honor Council to convene. The Honor Council then hears the facts of the case through the information supplied by the faculty/staff member, the student(s) involved, and, if needed, additional witnesses. Upon hearing the evidence, the Honor Council privately discusses the case further and then makes a recommendation to the Headmaster, who makes the final judgment. The Dean of Students then notifies the student(s) of the outcome and pending disciplinary action, if any.

荣誉理事会遵循的法则 Codes Upheld by the Honor Council

1、为学生的荣誉而战。

We fight for the honor of students.

2、学习是老老实实的事，容不得半点马虎。

Study does not tolerate sloppiness

3、尊重因果，你做了什么就要承担一定责任。

You need to be responsible for what you have done.

4、惩罚不是目的，反思更为重要。

Punishment is never the aim, introspection is.

入选荣誉理事会的条件 Admission Requirements of the Honor Council

1、品行出色。

Outstanding character and conduct

2、通过由校长室、学生处、法官、大法官严格的面试。

Pass the interview with the Principal's Office, Students’ Affairs Department, Chief Justice, Associate Justice.

3、学习成绩优秀, GPA 3.8以上。

Excellent Academic Performance.
